March Schedule …
Sorry ladies, this was a struggle for me this month.
Please note, there was a date change for the next
Scholarship Fundraiser … Mary will host the next one at her house on May 7th
… more details will follow…
Also, I will start the hill repeat workouts with the longer
days in a few weeks. Track workouts will still wait for a little bit.
Schedule …
Sunday March 15th, 2015 – Clear Creek Trail ---
Meeting at Anderson Park at 8:00 am. I will be at a dance competition this
weekend, so you will need to decided your distance and hopefully someone will
volunteer for the aide station.
Sunday March 22nd, 2015 – Ralston Creek Trail –
Meeting at the Arvada Tennis courts on 64th and Miller at 8:00 am. I
will again be out of town for work so I will need a volunteer to do the aide
station and ‘lead’ the run.
Thursday March 26th, 2015 – First Hill Repeat
workout of the year. We will meet at the ‘triple ripple’ hill on 71st and
Pierson at 7:00 pm
Sunday March 29th, 2015 – Meet at the old
Starbucks on 64th and Ward at 7:30 am and we will carpool to Elk
Meadow (as long as the trail is clear).
Thursday April 2nd, 2015 – Hill Repeat workout at
7:00 pm at 71st and Pierson.
Sunday April 5th, 2015 – Meet again at Starbucks
at 7:30 am and we will carpool to go run at Red Rocks.
