Welcome to the busy spring season!
For the track workouts we will be rotating who will be leading between Nancy, Lori and myself ... We will try to post the workout on FaceBook for whoever would like to do them on their own.
Remember to watch the Facebook page for last min changes to the schedule...
April's Schedule
Tuesday April 7th -- 6:00 pm -- Oberon Track -- Track workout ...
Thursday April 9th -- 7:00 pm -- Triple Ripple hill repeat workout ... let me know if you need directions
Sunday April 12th -- Some of us will be running the Frank Shorter 5K in Broomfield ... The rest will meet at the Arvada Tennis courts at 64th and Ward at 7:30 am and run the Ralston Creek Trail.
Tuesday April 14th -- 6:00 pm -- Oberon Track -- Track workout
Thursday April 16th -- 7:00 pm -- Triple Ripple hill repeat workout
Sunday April 19th -- 7:30 am --- we will meet at the old Starbucks parking lot at 64th and Ward and carpool to Lookout Mountain to run a nice downhill course. Make sure your quads are strong ;).

Thursday April 23rd -- 7:00 pm Triple Ripple hill repeat workout ...
Sunday April 26th -- 7:30 am -- We will meet at Anderson Park and run the Clear Creek Trail. Please let me know if you can do an aide station...

Thursday April 30th -- 7:00 pm -- Triple Ripple hill repeat workout ...
Sunday May 3rd -- This is the Colorado Marathon that many people are running ... I may be at a dance competition so we will see who is left to run ...
Tuesday May 5th -- 6:00 pm Oberon Track -- Track workout ...
Thursday May 7th -- Instead of a hill workout we will have a wine and cheese fundraiser. Mary will host ... I will put an address and possibly a carpooling idea and post when it gets closer.
