This schedule is based "Fueled by Fine Wine 1/2 Marathon," "Georgetown 1/2," "The Bear Chase 1/2" and a full marathon in October...If you are planning on an earlier or later full marathon, you can adjust the schedule...  If you would like a personal schedule based on the races you are doing, let me know and we can figure it out together...
