September Schedule

Hello Ladies …

I hope everyone had a great summer and continues to run with us as the weather cools down.

Looks like we have a few people needing longer runs this month as some marathons have come up … So I will hopefully be coming up with locations that is a little easier to come up with that kind of mileage.

There have been some races come up that people are looking for friends to join in. October 5^th – The Hot Chocolate Run – Denver Rock –n-Roll ½ marathon. I think there is also another ½ marathon in Arvada that some members are doing.  

September Schedule

Tuesday September 2, 2014 – 6:00 pm – Oberon Middle School – Track Session

Thursday September 4^th, 2014 – 6:30 pm – Hill Repeats at 71^st and Pierson. Let me know if you need directions.

Sunday September 7^th, 2014 – 6:30 am – Fairmont trail (going the opposite way) Meeting at Compass Middle / High School on 44^th and Salvia. Mary will lead the group as I am out of town, she will also set up the aide station.

Tuesday September 9^th, 2014 – 6:00 pm – Oberon Middle School – Track Session

Thursday September 11^th, 2014 – 6:30 pm – Hill Repeats at 71^st and Pierson.

Sunday September 14^th, 2014 – 6:30 am – Big Dry Creek Trail we will meet at the parking lot on 100^th and Oak (on the South side of 100^th). If someone would like to do the aide station please let me know.  Ltkrapes@msn.com

Tuesday September 16^th, 2014 – 6:00 pm – Oberon Middle School – Track Session

Thursday September 18^th, 2014 – 6:30 pm – Hill Repeats at 71^st and Pierson

Sunday September 21^st, 2014 – 7:00 am (Notice the time change) We will run the Clear Creek Trail meeting at Anderson Park at 44^th and Field. Follow the road all the way to the south. If someone can do the aide station please let me know. Ltkrapes@msn.com

Thursday September 25^th, 2014 – 6:30 pm – Hill Repeats at 71^st and Pierson

Sunday September 28^th, 2014 – 7:00 am – We will meet at Goddard School at 87^th and Indiana and pick a fun route. When it gets closer we can decide which route and where to put an aide station.

Tuesday September 30^th, 2014 – 6:00 pm – Oberon Middle School Track Session.
