Hi Ladies,

So Sorry for the incredibly late post… It’s all on me this month…

August and September Schedule

August 6, 2015 – 7:00 pm Hill repeats at 71^st and Pierson

August 9^th, 2015 – 6:30 am – Meet at Anderson Park … running the Clear Creek Trail … Please notify me if you can do the aide station. I will be out of town so any help is greatly appreciated.

August 11^th, 2015 – 6:30 pm – Oberon Middle School … track workout

August 13^th, 2015 – 7:00 pm – This is potentially going to be cancelled but if I’m available I will be running hill repeats at 71^st and Pierson. Please watch FaceBook for the latest update.

August 16^th, 2015 – 6:30 am – Meet at the old Starbucks parking lot at 64^th and Ward. We will carpool to Elk Meadow.

August 18^th, 2015 – 6:30 pm – Oberon Middle School … track workout

August 20^th, 2015 – 7:00 pm – Hill repeats at 71^st and Pierson

August 23^rd, 2015 – 6:45 am – Meet at the Arvada Tennis Courts on 64^th and Miller … we will run the Ralston Creek Trail …

August 25^th, 2015 – 6:30 pm – Oberon Middle School – track workout

August 27^th, 2015 – 6:30 pm – Hill repeats – 71^st and Pierson

August 30^th, 2015 – 6:45 am – Meet at the dog park at 64^th and just west of Virgil Way, we will run the Fairmont trail.

September 1^st, 2015 – 6:30 pm – Oberon middle school … track workout

Skipping hills this week….

September 6^th, 2015 – 6:30 am – Meet at the old Starbucks parking lot at 64^th and Ward and we will carpool to Elk Meadow (Or three sisters if people are up for driving a bit further) … Watch FaceBook after I get feedback.

September 8^th, 2015 – 6:00 pm – Oberon middle school … track workout

September 10^th, 2015 – 6:00 pm – Hill repeats … 71^st and Pierson

September 13^th, 2015 – 7:00 am – Meet at Anderson Park to run the Clear Creek Trail … I will also be out of town this day so I will need someone to do the aide station.

September 15^th, 2015 – 6:00 pm – Oberon middle school … track workout

September 17^th, 2015 – 6:00 pm – Hill repeats … 71^st and Pierson

September 20^th, 2015 – 7:00 am – Meet at the old Starbucks parking lot at 64^th and Ward and we will carpool to Angela’s house for a Lookout Mountain run.

September 22^nd, 2015 – 6:00 pm – Oberon middle school … track workout

September 24^th, 2015 – 6:00 pm – Hill Repeats at 71^st and Pierson

September 27^th, 2015 – 7:00 am – Meet at the Arvada Tennis courts at 64^th and Miller and we will run the Ralston Creek trail …
