January Schedule
As we begin the New Year some of us go in with new goals and
resolutions, some of us just try to stay in shape, some of us hope to try new
races or distances and yet others are ready for a few rest days before tackling
the year. If you have specific goals that you would like the club to help out
with, let me know so I can incorporate those type of runs into our schedule. If
you want to focus on new distances, let me know so we can help.
Our book for this session is Mile Markers, 26.2 Reasons why
Women Run by Kristen Armstrong. We will meet about the book in February. Cindy Sutton has offered to host the meeting.
